(2)Mengingat letusan dengan abu vulkanik secara periodik terjadi dan sebaran abu mengikuti arah dan kecepatan angin, sehingga area landaan abunya tidak tetap, maka direkomendasikan agar masyarakat di sekitar G. Dukono untuk selalu menyediakan masker/penutup hidung dan mulut untuk digunakan pada saat dibutuhkan guna menghindari ancaman bahaya abu vulkanik pada sistem pernafasan.
